Paul Belles, III, 60, of Fort Ashby, died on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV.

Born May 2, 1957 in Colver, PA, he was the son of the late Paul Belles, Jr. and Elizabeth (Lee) Belles.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Paulette Belles.

Mr. Belles had served in the U.S. Marines.

During his career as an automotive technician, he had worked for several businesses in the area.

He belonged to Annunciation of Our Lord Catholic Church.

Paul is survived by his wife, Lucy M. (O’Hara) Belles, Fort Ashby; his children, Paul Belles, IV, Melissa Ann Cornman, and husband Kenneth, and Jennifer McDonald, all of Fort Ashby; and grandchildren, Lance Cpl. Anthony Cornman, Iwakuni, Japan, Savannah and Maranda Belles, Keyser, Sierra and Taryn Cornman, Fort Ashby, and Meghan McDonald, Fort Ashby. He is also survived by his sister Shirley Wells, of Ingleside, IL; and, extended family members, Eugenia Kimble, Keyser, and Christopher McDonald, Winchester.

Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, Inc., Route 28, Fort Ashby, on Thursday from 6-8 PM. A prayer service will follow in the funeral home at 8 PM, with Rev. Fr. Mike Lecias, officiating.

Military honors will be accorded by Post #13 Veterans Honor Guard.
